Mistura-se bem e envolve-se o frango,  juntando também o que restou do limão depois de espremido, cortado em  pedaços. Deixa-se marinar durante 2 horas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Põe-se o frango e a marinada numa assadeira, juntam-se as salsichas e vai ao forno. Deixa-se fritar ligeiramente e acrescenta-se a raspa da  casca do limão. Descascam-se  as maçãs, cortam-se em fatias finas&amp;nbsp; e colocam-se no pirex. Mistura-se o  açúcar com a maizena e de seguida os ovos e o leite. Junta-se um  dente de alho (pode ser com a casca), a aletria cortada de modo a cobrir  com uma camada fina o fundo do tacho e vai-se mexendo até adquirir uma  cor acastanhada. De seguida junta-se o arroz agulha e deixa-se fritar  até ficar mais ou menos transparente. Acrescenta-se a água a ferver (o  dobro da quantidade de arroz), tempera-se com sal e coze em lume brando  durante 10 minutos, com o tacho tapado. Quase no final, junta-se um dente de  alho ralado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Entretanto  prepara-se o arroz. Mede-se o dobro da água em relação ao arroz que se  vai cozer e vai ao lume para aquecer. Depois põe-se um caldo de galinha e  um pouco de casca de limão ralada. Num tacho deita-se&amp;nbsp; azeite e  deixa-se aquecer um pouco, deitando depois o arroz basmati, que se deixa  fritar até começar a ficar transparente Em seguida mistura-se o caldo,  um pouco de sumo de limão e deixa-se cozer em lume brando e com o tacho  tapado durante 10 minutos. Passado este tempo, mexe-se o arroz com um  garfo e deixa-se descansar até absorver todo o caldo. Depois de limpas, partidas ao meio e muito bem lavadas, junta-se em cru:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tomates médio-pequenos cortados em pedacinhos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;uma cebola picada&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 dentes de alho picados&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;uma colher de chá bem cheia de cominhos em pó&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;um cravinho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piripiri a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Estes ingredientes também podem ser triturados. Leva-se o tacho ao lume de deixam-se cozinhar bem as moelas&amp;nbsp; em lume brando. Se for necessário, acrescentar um pouco de água. No final, juntar um bom molho de coentros. A água de cozer o peixe vai servir para demolhar o pão. Em seguida, pisam-se no almofariz alhos, sal  (pouco, por causa do sal do bacalhau) e um generoso molho de coentros, os quais se colocam num tacho com azeite e deixam-se fritar ligeiramente. Junta-se o bacalhau, ovo cozido cortado em pedacinhos e deixa-se tomar o gosto dos temperos. Muitas vezes o pão sobra e há que pensar como o utilizar. Na nossa região, as migas e as sopas são uma tradição a que recorro frequentemente. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Há dias confrontei-me com bastante pão de sobra. Então, resolvi fazer umas migas diferentes das do costume. Assim, temperei entrecosto com vinha de alhos (vem já pronta nuns &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;frasquinhos&lt;/span&gt;), vinho branco, azeite e uma folha de louro. Levei ao lume até fritar e a carne ficar tenra. Retirei os pedaços de entrecosto e na gordura que ficou juntei tomate e pimento vermelho picados e temperei com &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;orégãos&lt;/span&gt;. Deixei apurar e juntei um pouco de água. Entretanto, cortei o pão em pedacinhos e juntei ao preparado anterior. Se necessário, deve juntar-se um pouco de água até o pão ficar embebido, mas não em excesso. Deixei cozer bem o pão e fui mexendo para evitar que se pegasse ao tacho (convém fazê-las num tacho &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;antiaderente&lt;/span&gt;, tipo &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;wook&lt;/span&gt;). gemas e o açúcar e bate-se bem.&lt;br /&gt;Adiciona-se a mistura de nozes e farinha, envolve-se bem com as mãos até ficar sem grumos.&lt;br /&gt;Deita-se o preparado no tabuleiro untado e forrado com ferver, durante 3 a 5 minutos, dependendo da grossura das postas. Quando estiver menos quente, limpa-se o bacalhau de peles e espinhas e separa-se em pedaços.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Descascam-se batatas e cortam-se em cubos pequenos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Faz-se um refogado com azeite, cebola e dentes de alho. aquilo que se pode aproveitar. O pão é um dos alimentos que, por vezes, sobra mas que pode ser utilizado de diversas formas, desde as migas, às sopas ou em doces. Costumo fazer um doce (não muito doce) de pão que é óptimo para acompanhar o chá. Não tenho quantidades certas, faço de acordo com o que me parece na altura e com a quantidade de pão de que disponho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Demolha-se o pão que sobrou de dias anteriores em leite. Mistura-se canela a gosto, açúcar amarelo, ovos inteiros e algumas frutas - maçã cortada em pedaços ou frutos secos. Bate-se tudo e deita-se num pirex untado com margarina.
